Returns and Refunds

Group buy sales are final, no refunds will be allowed on Group Buy items.

Regular in-stock items have a 30 day refund policy from the day of sale.  Depending on the conditions of the return partial refunds may be available.

Sale Items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchanges are allowed on damaged items, and will be given a replacement if available.  Due to the limited nature of some items this may not be possible and will default to a partial or full refund.

Exceptions may be made in particular circumstances.
